Holbrows Flowers

I ordered Queen's Court premium via Teleflora. It was beyond disappointing; flower volume definitely not premium and some flowers drooping or falling out. I had ordered the same arrangement via Teleflora 2 weeks ago; that florist delivered a breathtaking arrangement and why i reordered. The abilities at this shop is on the low bar. I'm going to pull it apart and put the flowers into the wilting arrangement from 2 weeks ago.

I ordered Deluxe flowers for Mother’s Day and did not receive anything close to what was advertised on the website. The bouquet looked thrown together with no care at all, especially for the amount of money paid and it was missing the Pink Ribbon that was supposed to wrap around the flowers. After I contacted FromYouFlowers, they told me they would send the correct flowers as a courtesy for the mistake. Instead, I get a call from the local florist saying she’s coming to PICK UP the flowers no replacement, no apology, nothing. Who picks up Mother’s Day flowers without bringing the correct bouquet or even trying to make the situation right? What made it worse was how rude the woman was on the phone. She literally asked me, “Why do you think you deserve extra flowers?” as if I got them for free. I paid for Deluxe flowers and didn’t receive what I ordered. That’s the whole issue. When I tried explaining that, she kept hushing me and talking over me instead of listening. Truly disgusting behavior. Terrible customer service, rude attitude, and overall a very disappointing experience.

Absolutely love this florist! The arrangements are stunning, and they last a long time—perfect for any occasion. The team is so friendly, and they really listen to what you want. Can't recommend them enough!

My friend and I ordered flowers for a funeral, and we could not be more impressed. The level of care, attention to detail, and their ability to interpret our (very vague and confusing) instructions to create the perfect arrangement was astounding. I highly recommend this place, and am very appreciative of the work they do and customer service they provide.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Absolutely livid. We ordered flowers for an aunt who was in the hospital just a couple of days after her brother passed away and the arrangement she received looked like utter garbage. I paid for the premium arrangement and she received something that looked like it came straight from Wal-Mart. We ordered via Teleflora, but luckily the card had the florist's name. Do not take an order that you can't properly fill.
